PRODUCT NAME: Concentrated Concrete Acrylic Sealer 53.5% Solids

 

SUPER STONE’S CONCENTRATED CONCRETE SEALER 53.5% SOLIDS is a solvent base acrylic type sealer available in clear, it is dissolved in xylene or solvent. Concentrated Concrete Sealer has a combination of adhesive/surfactant that penetrates, drying by solvent evaporation creating a protective coating and demonstrating a permeable resistance to all weather types.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Clean surface thoroughly by pressure cleaning if needed, otherwise wash it with a detergent & rinse thoroughly. If mildew is present, make sure it is removed. All dirt, oil, grease, and old paint must be removed with the proper remover. Surface must be free of all moisture and dried completely.

APPLICATION
Dilution may be accomplished with either xylene or solvent. You may add xylene or solvent at 1:1 ratio, or at 2:1 ratio for deeper penetration. Apply to concrete surfaces, stamped concrete, Super Surface, Super Tex, or to any cementitous surface. Allow the coat of sealer to dry twenty-four hours for foot traffic and forty-eight hours for vehicular traffic. Do not park rubber tired vehicles on the surface for seventy-two hours. Clean tools with xylene or solvent.

 

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Contains toluene. Vapors may cause flash fire. Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid breathing vapor and prolonged or repeated contact with the skin. Do not use near fire or flame. Do not smoke during application and drying periods. Take precautions to keep from splashing in eyes. If material contacts skin, wash thoroughly with soap and water. Store in a cool place.
